Custom home build process
- Floor Plan & Design - We begin by working with you to create a floor plan tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and budget.
- Selections & Questionnaire -You’ll complete our custom home questionnaire and make your initial design and finish selections. This allows us to capture your vision and prepare an accurate estimate.
- Estimating & Financing - With your plans and selections, we provide a detailed cost estimate and guide you through financing options if needed.
- Construction Start - Once approvals are complete, permits are secured, and construction begins.
- Foundation - We prepare the site, perform plumbing and electrical rough-ins, and pour the foundation your home will be built on. At this stage, water and electrical service must be available at the home site.
- Framing & Dry-In - The framing, roofing, and exterior sheathing are completed to “dry in” the home, protecting it from the elements.
- Exterior Finish-Out - Siding, masonry, paint, and exterior details are completed for durability and curb appeal.
- Mechanical Systems - Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems are installed and inspected.
- Wall Coverings - Insulation and drywall are installed, followed by interior wall finishes.
- Interior Finish-Out - Cabinetry, flooring, trim, paint, and other interior details bring your home to life.
- Final Walkthrough & Move-In - We’ll walk through the home with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations before handing over the keys.
